Log into your Helle B2C account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization code.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
